Our Story
In 1825, King Victor Emmanuel II of Italy asked his pastry chefs to create a dessert to impress an elegant woman. Using traditional Piedmontese ingredients, they crafted Baci di Dama—delicate hazelnut cookies joined by chocolate, resembling a kiss. This royal creation became a symbol of elegance and craftsmanship, much like our restaurant, where every dish is made to impress with authenticity, passion, and tradition.
